Anzac Day Backbend Workshop

9.30am – 12.30pm
The Backbends respond very well to extra time taken. This general level workshop will allow time to prepare for the backbends by first working to open the shoulders and upper back. We will then look at the actions required to create balanced, dynamic and extended backbends.
The backbends promote freedom of movement particularly in the upper spine. This releases stress and tension both physically and emotionally. The backbends are very uplifting and help to develop mental clarity.
