In this workshop we will take time to explore how to work the arms effectively in order to create freedom of movement in the shoulders. We will also spend time opening the upper thoracic spine which tends towards tightness. Creating space and agility in the shoulders and upper back helps to release tension and stress and can bring about a feeling of physical and emotional lightness.
