Jo is excited to offer this backbend workshop. Backbends are energising, uplifting and challenging. This is a great opportunity to spend some time preparing and working with this shape of asana. Jo is interested in the ways we can work in backbends for the benefits without stressing the nervous system. There will be a generous wind down and Savasana to conclude.
