Tessa will teach this workshop which is now an end-of-year tradition for our studio. Expect a practice of long holds and supported asana that will soothe tired bodies and deeply quieten the central nervous system leaving you feeling physically, emotionally and mentally balanced, yet gently energised. The perfect practice to rejuvenate after what is often a chaotic time of the year.
Suitable for all regularly attending students, just not new beginners, sorry.
