With the change of the clocks and all the promise of longer warmer days it's a good time to slow down, be still and take notice as the body adjusts to the changing of seasons. This restorative workshop will aim to calm the nervous system by working with full support in a range of asana. Practicing in this way has a rejuvenating effect on the system ready for the increased energy of spring! We'll work through some supported inversions (with alternatives for those not yet doing full inversions) and finish with supine pranayama and a long quiet savasana.
Gina will teach this workshop, suitable for all of our regularly attending students (including Level 1 students).
