This is our end of year tradition! Tessa will teach this workshop designed to soothe a tired body and a frazzled central nervous system. Restore and rebalance physically, emotionally and mentally just in time for the holiday season. We will work through a range of supported postures including hip openers, forward bends and inversions followed by supine pranayama and a long, deep savasana.
Suitable for all our regularly attending students. Just not suitable for new beginners, sorry.
