Online-Integrated Hip Openers and Twists Workshop

This is the online-integrated version of this workshop. Only suitable for students who have practiced with us before and who have a full set of props at hand. Please contact Tessa if in doubt.
Tessa will teach this workshop where we will ease into tight tissue in the hips and lower back then work that spaciousness into some seated twists. The hip openers can bring about a sense of lightness both physically and emotionally while the twists are toning and cleansing for the inner organs.
A perfect post-Christmas practice!
Suitable for all levels of Iyengar yogis.
