Yoga is a body-mind-heart centred practice that is accessible to all.
With more illness, low temperatures and less sunlight, the middle of winter can be a challenge!
These seasonally appropriate winter workshops taught by Tessa are designed to improve mood, open the heart and soothe the central nervous system while rebalancing and gently energising body, mind and spirit.
Each workshop is designed to stand alone and will have different sequences. Attending both workshops will allow for greater benefits to be experienced.
Suitable for our regularly attending students of all levels (with at least 1 year Iyengar practice). Not suitable for new beginners, sorry.
