Tessa is excited to offer this three-day workshop designed to energise, uplift, and bring a sense of joy to your practice!
These workshops provide time to explore and deepen your understanding of the practice. The multi-day format allows for steady, gradual opening—helping release tightness and congestion so the body can respond more readily and the mind can become quieter and more reflective.
Throughout the long weekend we will explore a broad range of asana groups, focusing on some of the more challenging standing poses (including the parivrttas). Our focus will be on finding stability in these asanas by accessing energetic support to create dynamic, balanced structures - particularly through the actions of the legs and the base of the spine.
Enjoy a weekend of learning, connection, and exploration with fellow yogis. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and filled with renewed energy and momentum for your practice!

- Level 2 and 3 students.
- G and L1 students who have been practicing with us consistently for at least one year
