A Winter Rejuvenation
In this workshop, we’ll work gently yet deeply into the hips to release built-up tightness and tension. These hip-opening practices also help to ease and free the legs, knees, and lower back, bringing more mobility, spaciousness, and a sense of lightness throughout the body.
We will also work through a calming sequence of supported asana to deeply restore and rebalance both body and mind, concluding with a long, quiet savasana.
Bookings essential. Suitable for all regularly attending students. (Not suitable for new beginners, sorry.)
