The last day of winter is the perfect moment to pause, reset, and prepare for spring. In this workshop we’ll move quietly through a spacious sequence of hip, shoulder, and upper back openers (including twists) designed to ease tightness and congestion, leaving you with a sense of lightness and freedom—physically and mentally. (It's also a great way to prepare the body for travel, especially if you’re heading to our Bali Retreat).
We’ll finish with restorative asana and a long savasana, giving body and mind time to fully absorb the benefits.
Suitable for Iyengar yogis of all levels (except complete beginners).
