We will begin by practicing to access extension in the spine, legs and arms and then take that extension into a broad range of twists (standing, supine, seated etc). This workshop will allow us to develop a deeper understanding of how we continue to work action against restraint in the twisting asanas.
We will conclude with supported inversions and a long, quiet savasana to cool and balance the system.
This workshop will be cleansing and rejuvenating — perfect after our Christmas indulgences!
Suitable for all levels of Iyengar Yogis who have a consistent practice.
