25th April (Anzac Day)
The hip openers respond well with time taken to ease into tight tissue allowing for a gradual opening and release of the hips and lower back. Tessa will teach this workshop in which we will work deeply into the hips and look at how to maintain a sound relationship between the lower leg and the thigh bone while doing so (so the balance and opening of the knee joint is not compromised). This workshop will help to develop your understanding of how to work with the hip openers.
Suitable for all regularly attending students. Just not suitable for new beginners, sorry.
